"Reflection"

Time was so fast.  Another grading period have finished again.  So now, we have already finished two grading periods.  On these First Grading and Second Grading Periods, I have learned many things on ICT-IV.  I have learned the different tags.  Like the Tag Attributes, Heading Tags, Stand Alone Tags, and the HTML Text Formatting Tags.  And I have discovered many uses of these tags.
I think there were no problems on the lessons on ICT IV, because our lessons on this Second Grading was just simple, and were just applied it on different exercises.  But there was a challenge that I have encountered, it's the writing of essays.  I was really challenge on writing essays.  I don't know what shall I write on every essay, because there were so many essays that we were writing.  But it's okay, because as time goes by, I will be good in writing essays.
Moving on, I will do better on the next grading period.

"My Teacher, My Hero"

Teachers are really important to us.  Because without them, we will not learn anything and there will be no successful doctors, lawyers, professionals and etc.  They have an important role in our lives.
Teachers are our second parents.  They can be our heroes, because they have been parts of our lives and they did a lot for us.
My teacher when I was in Grade V is my favorite teacher.  She is a good and loving teacher.  She is Mrs. Jovy Haylar.  She tought us very well.  She explained the things or lessons that we didn't understand.  She did and sacrifices a lot for us.  I consider her as my second mother because she treat me like her daughter, and I have learned many things from her.  So, I am proud that she is one of my past teachers, because she's been part of my life.

"Promoting Digital Literacy, Through English Proficiency"

Digital literacy is the ability to locate, organize, understand, evaluate, and analyze information using digital technology.  It involves a working knowledge of current high-technology, and an understanding of how it can be used.  Digitally literate people can communicate and work more efficiently, especially with those who possess the same knowledge and skills.
Research around digital literacy is concerned with wider aspects associated with learning how to effectively find, use, summarize, evaluate, create, and communicate information while using digital technologies, not just being literate at using computer.  Digital literacy encompasses computer hardware, software, the Internet, cellphones, PDAs, and other digital devices.  A person using these skills to interact with society may be called a digital citizen.  Schools are continually updating their curriculum for digital literacy to keep up with accelerating technological developments.  This often includes computers in the classroom, the use of educational software to teach curriculum, and course materials being available to students, online.  Some classrooms are designed to use smartboards and audience response systems.  These techniques are most effective when the teacher is digitally literate, as well.  Teachers often teach digital literacy skills to students who use computers for research.  Such skills include verifying credible sources Online and now to cite Websites.  Google and Wikipedia are used by students for everyday life research.  Educators are often required to be certified in digital literacy to teach certain software.  Libraries are using games increasingly such as Digital Literacy Contest to raise awareness about digital literacy.
Digital literacy helps people communicate and keep up with societal trends.  Literacy in social network services and Websites helps people stay in contact with others, pass timely information and even sell goods and services.  Digital literacy also prevents from believing hoaxes that are spread Online or are the result of photo manipulation.

My Modern Day Hero

In every life, there's a hero. A hero whom we learned to inspired in every trials or in  everything we do. In my life, I have a hero whom I learned to do things well and good. A hero who makes me happy. My hero is the one who is taking care of me since when I was young. She gives all the things that I need. I consider her as a mother because she treat me like her daughter. She is one of my  inspiration in life, because she did and sacrifices many things to me. She loves me, and I love her too. And I'm proud of her, because she's always there for me. She is a loving and caring grandmother. My hero is my grandmother.

A SONA or State of the Nation Address of a president is happening every year by the last Monday of the 7th  month (July).
Last July 25, 2011, our newly elected President Benigno Simeon Cojuanco Aquino III delivered his SONA at the Batasang Pambansa Complex, Quezon City. In his SONA, he did not discuss some of his projects. he only discussed the problems in our cointry, like the wang-wang and the salary of the eployments. the wang-wang is still the problems in our country. as Pnoy delivered his SONA, many people were listening to him. but they are all disappointed, because he discussed other topics.
Pnoy SONA was not scripted and it has no disturbances. he discussed the problems that we are facing now, but he did not gave solutions at all.

Isulong ang Breastfeeding- Tama, Sapat at Eksklusibo

Breastfeeding is one way of feeding a baby. It is the best way of feeding babies for them to live and survive.
As we all know, the month of July is the month of nutrition. And today, we are celebrating the Nutrition Month with the theme Isulong ang Breastfeeding- Tama, Sapat at Eksklusibo. From this, we should implement the breastfeeding right and exclusive to babies. Breastfeeding is very important. Mothers have the responsibilities to feed their babies. Mothers should give the best and right milk to her baby. Breastfeeding is best for babies than the commercial milk. Because breastfeeding is has more nutrients than the commercial milk.
Breastfeeding is good for babies. So, it should be right, enough and exclusive.

There are many students who stopped in studying because their parents can't support them in their financial needs. So, they should be granted a free education. And I'm hoping for the low price of tuition fees. There are also some Youth who are using drugs like cigarettes, so I hope that there will be no Youth that are not studying annd they will not be using drugs. I'm hoping also for the low prices of necessities.
I hope that it will done well. Thank you Sir and Good day!
